Connect Cline and Roo Code in two minutes

Step by step: provider, address, key and output limit.

Cline and Roo Code work with any OpenAI-compatible address. You need three values: a Base URL, an API key and a model name.

Open the settings, choose the “OpenAI Compatible” provider and paste https://api.palantir-gpt.com/v1 into Base URL. Paste the key from the bot and type glm-5.3-flash as the model.

The most common mistake is leaving the output limit at its default. Reasoning models spend some tokens on thinking, and a short limit cuts the answer in half. Set 16384: you only pay for tokens actually generated.
